I am writing as a reference for Kevin Hanks of Kinetico Water Quality Systems, I have been in the business of evaluating and monitoring water quality from the perspective of public health for over 35 years. I have worked for local, state, federal, tribal, and international organizations in this regard. I have observed numerous unscrupulous water treatment companies and salesman during my career.

With that said, I highly recommend Kevin Hanks and his Kinetico systems as one of the best in both value and workmanship on the market today. I have visited with many of Kevin’s satisfied customers and even some of his competitors. We find him to be honest and forthright in his dealings with people who recommend only what his customers need for individual circumstances. I have worked with him on a professional basis and have had many discussions with him concerning necessary additions and corrections for poor quality water systems. I find him to be “the right on the mark” for protecting the public health of his clients in the most economic approach possible.

I recently had a water softener system installed in my home.  After researching the internet and finding many companies to choose from I chose Kinetico.  The installer, Kevin Hanks, has been great in answering all my pre-sales questions, professionally installing the system and being responsive to all my post-sales questions.

Too often a company is eager to get the sale and then leaves you on your own.  Kevin Hanks has been very helpful even after the system was installed.  When we had a filter that needed replacing, it took one call and we had a whole box delivered to our door.

I would classify my wife and I as very discriminating home owners.  We have made no compromises in building a quality home.  We are glad that Kinetico met our standards and is part of our daily life.  Since water is one of the most important components to daily living, I feel very confident in recommending Kinetico and Kevin Hanks as the installer for any home.

Kevin has installed 3 water systems in my own homes over the past few years.  I am a contractor and also had him install water softeners in homes I have built.  He has been very reliable and shown great care to take care of me.  I would recommend him for water treatment for anyone.  He is very thorough in his work.
